COVID-19 and Your Pets
Although we are still open during the pandemic, our hours and services are both very limited. Based on the temporary restrictions by the state, we are currently unable to do elective surgeries (spay, neuter, declaw, etc.) as well as blood work and x-rays; we may refer you to an emergency hospital if we believe these services are necessary for your pet. We can, however, do basic examinations, prescribe medication, administer vaccinations and licenses, board animals, and more.
When you arrive at the hospital, we kindly ask that you call from your vehicle to check in over the phone. It may be challenging to get through the phone as we only have two lines, but we are answering every call! We will put you in line, and upon your turn, a masked worker will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet(s). We will administer services inside then return your pet to your vehicle and take payment over the phone (card) or in person (cash or check).
Our current hours (updated May 17, 2020) are as follows:
Call 810-732-0000 during normal business hours to speak to an office assistant.
COVID-19: Our phone lines have been extremely busy due to our careful system meant to keep both staff and clients healthy. We are answering every call - please keep trying!
